Tapas are Spanish small dishes usually recommended and eaten with the assistance of alcoholic drinks of all kind. They can be served as appetizers, effectively soothing the hunger in the meantime of waiting for main courses, but they can be the main course itself. Most of the tapas dishes are consumed in the company of beer, wine or sherry.
Beautifully decorated small dishes tempt not only with appearance but also with taste. And the association with Spain brings to mind the holiday sun, joy, and meetings with friends and acquaintances.
In the KARCHOCH Restaurant, taking the tradition of Spanish cuisine, we decided to combine fiery dishes with Polish customs. In the tapas menu, we offer our guests sweet potato crisps with pineapple chutney, caramelized vegetables, gazpacho, but also – a bit more locally – beef tartar with yolk or beautifully served herring.
